CABINETMAKERS SUPPLY began business in January 1976; our purpose being to provide “production solutions” to the professional cabinetmaker and woodworker.  We absolutely ship the same day that you order – delivery then taking place either the next day, or for our customers located 150+ miles from Washington, the second business day after the order is placed.  Our standard of performance is that your order will be accurately taken and pulled from the warehouse; packed in a manner that it will arrive in good condition and easy to determine which parts are which, and that our products will be sold at competitive prices.  All of us are dedicated to this mission, and solicit your business based on your understanding we will perform as advertised.

On occasions, we are unable to ship a product manufactured by a particular supplier.  This may be due to their stock outage, or our need to build an order from a different vendor in order to obtain their product.  When we ship manufacturer’s products interchangeably, it is because we feel the products are comparable.  If the buyer ever disagrees with us, we stand by our guarantee of quality standards, and will accept the product back for full refund within our usual time constraints for returns.  If at any time the buyer feels one manufacturer’s product is imperative, it is appropriate to mention at time of purchase, “do not substitute”, and we will be glad to comply.

 You may charge your order to Visa, MasterCard, or American Express; we do not ship C.O.D.

Shortage Claims

SHORTAGE CLAIMS should be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.  After 48 hours, if we can confirm we short-shipped, we will credit your account, or reship at no charge, whichever you prefer.  If we are unable to confirm a claim of shortage, and 48 hours from your receipt has elapsed, we must all assume you received the order as billed, and that the shrinkage took place at your business location. 

Returns

RETURNS:  Stock items are generally returnable so long as the return meets certain general conditions.  We need to be notified beforehand that you wish to return goods, and goods need to be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Special orders may not be returnable.  Returnable goods are subject to restocking charges, plus freight both ways.  Nothing in this paragraph is meant to apply to your purchase from us in which the quality of the product is not satisfactory.  Anytime your performance standards are not met by us, or our products, we stand 100% behind making it right to your satisfaction.
